Position Summary
Lead the India SSC FP&A; delivery model for the Physician IDP portfolio, with end-to-end accountability across close, reporting, planning and decision support. The role will operate as a senior finance partner to US-based finance leadership and business stakeholders,



translating operational and client drivers into explicit financial outcomes while building a scalable, well-controlled FP&A; capability in India.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the month-end close rhythm for the Physician IDP portfolio, including pre-close readiness, in-close financial tracking, issue escalation, accrual and adjustment coordination, and final performance review.
· Lead post-close reporting, client-level P&L; reviews, variance analysis and executive commentary across revenue, headcount, cost and margin.
· Drive forecasting cycles, annual budgeting and long-range planning, ensuring assumptions are integrated, challenged, documented and aligned with business priorities.
