Chevron ENGINE has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Twin Change Manager to join the Facilities Engineering & Projects. This role will be based in Chevron’s office in Bengaluru.

The Digital Twin Change Manager role is part of the Engineering Services organization within Chevrons ENGINE Center and leads the change management, communications, training, and adoption workstreams required to embed Digital Twin capabilities into daily work across Chevron teams and operating assets. This role focuses on preparing users, leaders, and stakeholders for new ways of working by building change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, role-based communications, training materials, champion networks, and adoption reinforcement mechanisms. The position helps ensure that Digital Twin is understood, trusted, and used as a practical system of work for engineering, operations, maintenance, projects, turnaround planning, and related business workflows.
