About the Role
Magnanimous Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Production Executive to manage production coordination, fabrication, vendor management, and on-site execution for corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in event production, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.





Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end production activities for corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Manage the production and fabrication of stage sets, exhibition stalls, backdrops, display units, and branding elements.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, fabricators, event managers, and site teams.
• Monitor production schedules, material requirements, project timelines, and budgets.
• Supervise fabrication quality, installation, event setup, and dismantling.
• Coordinate logistics, material procurement, transportation, and inventory.
• Liaise with sound, lighting, LED, and AV vendors to meet event technical requirements.
• Monitor vendor costs, material usage, and production wastage.
• Troubleshoot on-site production challenges and ensure smooth event execution.
