We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer – Treasury Technology, Equities Financing to design, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems supporting global trading and equities financing operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server, combined with a solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, automated testing, and production support. This role requires robust problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and globally distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using C# and .NET to support treasury technology and equities financing operations.
• Collaborate with business users to gather, clarify, and refine functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure,



and maintainable software solutions.
• Design and optimise database structures, queries, stored procedures, and data access components using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices.
• Build and maintain distributed applications and microservices with a focus on scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Develop and maintain automated tests, unit tests, and test-driven development practices to ensure software quality.
• Implement and improve CI/CD and DevOps workflows using tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Support containerised application development and deployment using Docker.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability practices to improve application health and reliability.
