Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented US IT Recruiters with hands-on experience in C2C and W2 recruitment. Candidates should have a strong understanding of US staffing, visa categories, sourcing, vendor coordination, and rate negotiation, with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and deliver successful placements within client timelines.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, robust vendor and candidate relationship management abilities, and a target-driven approach to recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
1. US IT Recruitment
• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from requirement analysis to successful placement.
• Source candidates for various IT roles through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and vendor networks.
• Analyze job descriptions and screen candidates based on technical skills,



experience, location, and client requirements.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates and vendors.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• 2. C2C (Corp-to-Corp) Recruitment
• Handle C2C recruitment through established vendor networks, staffing agencies, implementation partners, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain a strong vendor database and long-term relationships to ensure a consistent candidate pipeline.
• Communicate job requirements, technical skills, submission deadlines, bill rates, and contract details to vendors.
• Negotiate C2C rates, validate candidate profiles, and coordinate RTR confirmations before submission.
• Follow up on candidate availability, submissions, interviews, feedback, and onboarding to ensure timely placements.
