Role Description The Eye Doctor (Fellowship) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The fellow will participate in comprehensive clinical care, including outpatient consultations, pre- and post-operative assessments, and management of a wide range of ophthalmic conditions under supervision of senior specialists.



Daily responsibilities include performing and assisting in diagnostic procedures, supporting surgical interventions, documenting clinical findings, and contributing to treatment plans aligned with best practices. The role involves active participation in academic activities such as case discussions, clinical meetings, and ongoing training, as well as educating patients about eye health, treatment options, and preventive care. Fellows are expected to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, follow hospital protocols, and help maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.
Qualifications
• Completed MBBS and MS/MD/DNB in Ophthalmology (or equivalent), with eligibility for fellowship training.
• Solid clinical skills in comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosis and management of common ophthalmic disorders, and emergency eye care.
