About the Role
We are looking for a China Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing Lead to own the Chinese side of our operations. Whether we are building a custom mold for a consumer electronics client or sourcing specialized deep-tech hardware, you will lock in specifications, negotiate target landed costs, and ensure absolute quality from the first sample to the final bulk shipment.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
• Vetting & Sourcing: Identify and qualify contract manufacturers (OEM/ODM) across China for diverse categories
• Contract Manufacturing Lifecycle:
Manage the end-to-end product development cycle-from interpreting the initial client brief to overseeing custom tooling, sampling, and mass production.
• Margin & Cost Optimization: Negotiate unit pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and tooling costs to ensure we hit the exact target landed costs quoted to our clients.
• Quality & Compliance Integration: Coordinate with our internal QC teams for pre-shipment inspections. Work closely with our internal regulatory team to ensure all products meet Indian import compliance standards
• Supply Chain Predictability: Act as the bridge between Chinese factory floors and our internal logistics teams (freight and customs) to ensure timelines are met without friction.

• 3-5 years of direct experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract manufacturing, exclusively focused on the China market.
