JOB TITLE: Associate Manager/Deputy Manager, Copywriter (Navi Mumbai) (CONTRACTUAL)
JOB LOCATION: Reliance Corporate Park, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
• Write and adapt copy across multiple formats, including banners, ads, emailers, push notifications, audio scripts, and partner communications collaborating cross functional teams to ensure effective execution.
• Develop clear and intuitive product communication, including UI copy, feature naming, feature messaging, in-app modules, tooltips, user journey, ensuring clarity, relevance, and consistency.
• Create engaging copy for marketing, CRM, sales, and business initiatives including Consumer Pay (Pro), JioTunes, and other relevant offerings.
• Translate briefs into strong communication ideas, campaign messaging, creative concepts, and narratives aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
• Ensure all communication is transparent, grammatically accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and communication guidelines.
• Understand briefs, manage multiple assignments, incorporate feedback,



coordinate revisions, and contribute to improving copy workflows, templates, and ways of working to enable efficient and consistent content delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
• 4–6 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, brand communication,or product communication.
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong attention to grammar, clarity, tone, and storytelling.
• Ability to translate business and product briefs into simple, compelling, and audience-relevant communication.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop creative ideas, messaging frameworks, and narratives.
• Experience writing across multiple formats, platforms, and audience segments.
• Understanding of digital products, consumer journeys, and user-centric communication.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
