This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PowerBI and Data Analyst (FP&A; and Business Systems) based in India.

As a PowerBI and Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming financial and operational data into reliable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. You will work at the intersection of Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;), and Technology, building scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility into business performance. Using Power BI, SQL, and the Microsoft data ecosystem, you will turn complex datasets into intuitive dashboards, meaningful KPIs, and actionable financial analysis. You will help modernize reporting processes by replacing manual workflows with automated, effective, and governed business intelligence solutions. Working closely with Finance, Data, Technology, and commercial teams, you will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support financial planning, analysis, and business performance monitoring.

• Transform data from Microsoft Dataverse, Cosmos DB, and other enterprise systems into reliable, reporting-ready datasets that support accurate and consistent analysis.

• Build and maintain high-quality semantic models, dimensional data structures, and DAX calculations to enable effective business intelligence and decision-making.

• Use Power Query, SQL, and Microsoft data technologies to extract, cleanse, transform, validate, and combine data from multiple sources.

• Develop reporting solutions covering revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasts, costs, client performance, financial variance
