Job Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salaries and follow up on offers and joining dates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
• Graduate in HR or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Positive communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
