Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 5–7 retail medical stores within the assigned cluster.
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and compliance at all outlets.
• Lead, train, and supervise store managers and staff to achieve business goals.
• Ensure adherence to all pharmacy regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams for inventory management.
• Implement company policies and promotional strategies at store level.
• Conduct regular audits and store visits to ensure SOP adherence.
• Analyze performance reports and take corrective actions to improve KPIs.
• Handle customer grievance escalations and ensure excellent service standards.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding,



and performance management of cluster staff.

Qualifications
• Graduate or Diploma in Pharmacy/Healthcare Management or relevant field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in healthcare or retail pharmacy management.
• Must have handled operations of at least 4–5 medical stores.
• Solid leadership, team handling, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory control, and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
