Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, B2B marketplaces, email outreach, cold calling, networking and other digital channels
• Identify and evaluate relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing and B2B marketplaces
• Prepare and submit customised, client-focused proposals and bids
• Prospect potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha and similar platforms
• Identify opportunities for custom software development, IT resource augmentation and dedicated development teams
• Research prospects and understand their business requirements, challenges and technology needs




• Manage the sales process from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, closure and handover
• Conduct discovery calls and communicate professionally with prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to shape appropriate solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, effort estimates, SOWs and commercial quotations
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, scope and commercial terms
• Follow up consistently and convert qualified opportunities into customers
• Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business and account expansion
• Keep the sales pipeline and CRM records organised and up to date, tracking opportunities from first contact to closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, sales and revenue targets
• Report regularly on leads, proposals, meetings, pipeline and closures
• Monitor market trends and identify recent opportunities for IT services
