Adfactors PR is looking for a seasoned communication professional with a consulting background who can connect business priorities with impactful communication and advise senior leaders.

? Experience: 5+ years
? Preferred academic background: MBA, Engineering, IIT / IIM or CFA
The role calls for strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen, executive presence, and expertise in corporate reputation, crisis management and stakeholder engagement. You will lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, develop talent and build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders.
We’re looking for someone with:
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting firm
• An MBA,
Engineering degree or CFA qualification
• Strong business, commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent communication, counselling and negotiation skills
• Experience in crisis and reputation management
• The ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders
• Fluency in AI tools and data-led communication
