Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Faridabad. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of digital and branding solutions. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, preparing and delivering presentations, handling queries, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Client Servicing Executive will track project progress,



manage expectations, and support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services. The person in this role will act as a key bridge between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication and strong long-term relationships.
