We’re hiring: HR Generalist cum Recruiter ? Bengaluru
At INI8 Labs, we’re looking for one person to own both our hiring and our HR operations, end to end.
On the recruiting side, you’ll:
• Source and screen candidates
• Coordinate interviews
• Close offers and manage joining
• Track the hiring pipeline
On the HR side, you’ll:
• Onboard recent team members
• Manage attendance, leave and payroll inputs
• Handle policies and compliance
• Support employees with queries, appraisals, engagement and exits
This isn’t a support role. The whole HR function is yours to run.
