The Functional Consultant is responsible for understanding client business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring the HRMS platform, and ensuring successful implementation of HR technology solutions. The role acts as a bridge between clients and the product/technical teams, translating business requirements into system configurations and ensuring the solution aligns with organizational HR, payroll, attendance, leave, performance, and workforce management processes.
The incumbent will lead requirement workshops, prepare solution documentation, conduct system demonstrations, support user acceptance testing (UAT), provide end-user training,
and ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation adoption. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Work with our client to perform Fit/Gap Analysis for modules within the product HONO based on their requirements.
• Understand Client requirements and best practices to achieve highly accurate configuration requests in all modules
• Perform functional specification documentation for development requests
• Communicate and collaborate with internal Software teams to formalize application requirements, while supporting the delivery of the solution
• Collaborate with the client to solve problems in managing large energetic sets of data, and to develop and document new processes
