About the Role
Airkomm Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media activities, develop engaging content, and drive audience engagement and brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company objectives and brand positioning.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across relevant social media platforms.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, and platform management.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and other platform-specific content.
• Write creative, relevant, and grammatically accurate captions and social media copy.
• Ensure appropriate tagging of relevant people, organizations, brands, locations, and accounts.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, emerging formats,



and audience behaviour to identify content opportunities.
• Track and analyze social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and other relevant metrics.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Coordinate with content, design, video, and editorial teams to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and ensure timely responses where required.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improved content and brand visibility.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
