ISB is looking for a Product Manager – Business Platforms & Technology who can solve business problems end-to-end. The role will be the single product point of contact for business requirements—understanding the problem, designing the right solution, documenting requirements, working with engineering/IT teams, driving delivery, and measuring outcomes after launch. This role requires a strong combination of product thinking, business understanding, technical depth, and practical exposure to AI-enabled business solutions. The role will work across platforms such as: Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Website/CMS, LMS/LXP, Payments, Service Desk, WhatsApp/Chatbots, BI/Reporting tools, APIs, integrations, AI/automation tools, and internal business systems

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business problems and convert them into clear, scalable product and technology solutions.
• Own the complete lifecycle: Discovery → Solution Design → Development → Live → Performance Tracking
• Create transparent PRDs, BRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria,



and functional requirements
• Work closely with Business, Marketing, Sales, Programme, Support, Finance, IT, Engineering, and technology partners
• Evaluate solution options based on business impact, user experience, technical feasibility, dependencies, and scalability
• Drive development, clarify requirements, track risks/blockers, and ensure timely delivery
• Own UAT, business validation, go-live readiness, and post-launch performance
• Identify and implement AI and automation use cases that reduce manual effort, improve productivity, speed up decision-making, or improve customer/learner experience
• Work with technology teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing business systems and workflows where relevant
• Define and track product, operational, and business metrics for key initiatives

• 3–8 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Syste
