Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products.
This role demands a strategic individual who can manage and expand the bank's gold loan portfolio by building strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in secured lending, and possess the ability to assess risk, negotiate terms, and deliver exceptional customer service while aligning with the bank's objectives and values.
Responsibilities:-
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients to promote gold loan products and services.
• Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applications in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage the end-to-end gold loan process including documentation, valuation of gold assets, sanctioning, and disbursement.
