Abhinav DigiCompSoft Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive HR professional with a strong ownership mindset to manage HR operations, employee relations, and organizational governance.

? Experience: 0–5 years
? Qualification: MBA in HR preferred
? Location: Pune (In office)
? Employment Type: Full-time
? Salary: ₹3–5 LPA (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment.
• Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll.
• Handle employee relations, workplace discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Manage vendor verification and due diligence.
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance records.
• Identify potential business risks and support management decisions.
• Assist with employer branding, hiring campaigns,



and HR/Admin budgeting.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and payroll.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and a strong sense of ownership.
