Role Description The Sales Manager – Catering is a full time, on-site role based at The Den Bengaluru in Whitefield. This position is responsible for generating and managing catering business for social events, conferences, weddings, and corporate functions,



ensuring revenue targets and profitability are achieved. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and soliciting new catering clients, nurturing relationships with existing accounts, preparing proposals and contracts, and coordinating site inspections. The role collaborates closely with the events, banqueting, culinary, and operations teams to plan menus, finalize event details, and ensure seamless execution that meets guest expectations and brand standards. The Sales Manager – Catering also monitors market trends, participates in sales calls and networking events, and maintains accurate records and reports to support forecasting and strategic planning.
