Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, and presenting Qmax’s solutions to prospective clients in a clear, consultative manner.



The Sales Associate will maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on opportunities, and support the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing with guidance from senior team members. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to align on client needs, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing to revenue growth targets. The role also requires engaging professionally with clients, understanding their business challenges, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover to implementation teams.
Qualifications

• Solid sales and negotiation skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing techniques.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic sales reporting or pipeline management.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical and marketing concepts in simple terms.
