Key Responsibilities
• Run daily JIT ordering against live customer demand, keeping fill rate high and TAT low
• Manage pharma vendor, distributor and wholesaler relationships for supply, rates and rapid processing
• Define and follow the purchase and return policy (expiry, damaged, short and wrong supply, credit notes, settlements)
• Own ordering SLAs from vendor order placement to pickup and dispatch
• Lead, train and review the JIT purchase team, including targets and shift planning
• Manage riders (allocation, availability, productivity, escalations)
• Plan and optimise routes between vendors, hubs and customers
• Prepare Excel and MIS reports on ordering, fill rate, SLA, vendors, returns and purchase cost
• Plan manpower and shifts, including peak demand
• Coordinate with inventory, customer support,



quality and finance on stock-outs, substitutions and discrepancies

• Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas) and MIS reporting
• Rider/last-mile management and route planning
• Negotiation, communication, problem-solving
• Quick decisions under pressure and tight SLAs
