Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute event strategies aligned with business objectives and engagement goals.
• Lead event conceptualization, planning, budgeting, and execution for large-scale national programs.
• Define event objectives, success measures, audience strategy, and execution plans.
• Drive innovation and continuously enhance participant experience across all events.
• Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to deliver impactful business events.

End-to-End Event Execution
• Lead complete event operations from planning through post-event review.
• Act as the event lead during live events, managing program flow, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution.
• Oversee attendee registrations, delegate management, hospitality, logistics, seating plans, and communication.
• Manage speaker coordination, rehearsals, agenda execution, and event production.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and security requirements.

MICE, Incentive Travel & Large-Scale Programs




• Lead the planning and execution of domestic and international incentive trips.
• Manage leadership conferences, recognition events, business meetings, launches, and large-format conventions.
• Coordinate with destinations, hotels, tourism boards, airlines, DMCs, and travel partners.
• Ensure seamless delivery of high-touch attendee experiences.

Digital & Hybrid Events
• Drive execution of virtual and hybrid event programs.
• Own event technology platforms for registration, streaming, analytics, surveys, and attendee engagement.
• Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance event participation and experience.

Vendor & Partner Management
• Identify, onboard, and manage event agencies, MICE partners, production houses, venues, and technology vendors.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Monitor vendor performance through defined service levels and quality metrics.
• Build a robust partner ecosystem to support future event
