Role Description The Senior Performance Marketing role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and affiliates to drive qualified leads and conversions. Day-to-day work includes analyzing campaign data, conducting A/B tests, refining audience targeting, managing budgets,



and collaborating with sales and counseling teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals. The role also involves market and competitor analysis, reporting on key performance metrics, and recommending strategies to improve return on ad spend and user engagement. The person in this position will contribute to the overall marketing strategy and help build scalable acquisition funnels that support Admissionshala’s growth.
