Key Responsibilities
• Source and engage candidates for technology roles across the US market.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and placement.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and clients.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing tools to identify suitable talent.
• Manage candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.
Requirements
• 10+ years Experience recruiting for the US technology market.
• Valuable understanding of technical roles, skills and technologies.
• Strong sourcing, communication and candidate management skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working remotely.
