About the Role:
SKLN Sales & Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our presence across industrial sectors.

We are looking for a robust sales leader with proven team management capabilities, analytical thinking, strategic planning skills, and hands-on experience in industrial or B2B technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 20–30 sales professionals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, conversion rates, forecasting, and regional business growth.
• Analyze sales data and MIS reports to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support the team with technical resources, recruitment, and other requirements to achieve targets.




• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Guide the team in quotations, tenders, technical proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with Service, Input, Output, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
• Review team performance regularly and report business progress and strategic plans to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial sales or B2B technical sales.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
• Experience managing large sales teams and driving target achievement.
• Strong analytical skills in sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of valves, actuators, pumps, and other industrial products is preferred.
• Experience serving customers in Power Plants, Oil & Gas, Steel, and Cement industries.
