Role Description The PV Solar Designer at Organo Mart is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The individual in this position will be responsible for designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, preparing detailed layouts, and creating technical drawings and documentation in line with industry standards and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include performing site assessments, calculating load requirements, sizing system components, and optimizing system performance and efficiency. The role also involves coordinating with installation teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, as well as preparing cost estimates and supporting project proposals. The PV Solar Designer is expected to maintain accurate records, stay updated on solar technologies and codes, and contribute to the company’s sustainability goals.
Qualifications

• Solid foundation in solar PV system design, including load calculations, component sizing, and energy yield estimation.
• Proficiency with relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD,



PV design software, MS Office) and ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical standards, safety regulations, and local codes related to solar installations.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, and basic project planning skills to support accurate designs and smooth execution.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering, installation, and sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior experience in solar design or related renewable energy projects is preferred; early-career candidates with strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, conduct occasional field visits, and adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
