Role Description The SR. Fashion Merchandiser at HINDUSTAN RECRUITMENT is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position involves planning and managing product assortments, analyzing sales trends, and coordinating with buying and design teams to ensure collections meet market demand and brand standards. The role includes overseeing inventory levels, monitoring store performance, and optimizing product placement and pricing to drive sales and profitability. The SR. Fashion Merchandiser will collaborate closely with retail and marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with customer preferences and seasonal trends, while maintaining consistent visual and brand representation across outlets.
