As a Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology you will advise corporate clients on technology strategy that supports mergers, acquisitions, separations, carve-outs, and divestitures within our Deals practice. You will bring together deal planning, technology due diligence, future-state architecture,



and value realization thinking to help clients navigate complex transactions and shape practical technology choices that align with business priorities.

As a Manager you will lead teams, develop junior professionals, and manage workstreams with accountability for delivery, timelines, and quality across client engagements. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will guide solution design, support leadership and client discussions, develop integration and separation deliverables, and contribute to financial modeling, architecture recommendations, and coaching that help the team deliver consistent results across multiple deal phases.

Responsibilities
- Leading technology strategy workstreams across mergers, separations, carve-outs, and divestitures for corporate clients
- Directing technology due diligence efforts by assessing IT landscapes, identifying risks, and surfacing value creation opportunities
