We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate company products and services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.




- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Candidates from Kerala are highly preferred.
