Title: Senior Instructional Designer
Experience: 9-12 years of experience
Work Location: Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate to 30days
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role Overview
As our Senior Instructional Designer, you own the pedagogical spine of the product. You will architect the curriculum and prerequisite (concept) structure for each skill domain, build the library of reusable pedagogical templates the generation pipeline uses to produce learning assets, design the assessment model that connects video learning to simulation checkpoints to verifiable Skill Evidence Packs, and run the learner research and learning evaluations that prove the content moves learners from not-knowing to knowing. You will combine rigorous, evidence-based instructional design with modern learner-experience thinking, writing structured specifications that an automated system executes against rather than producing one-off courses, and handing the Creative Technologist explicit visual-pattern requirements per teaching pattern (you specify the pedagogy; they implement the visual).
Roles & Responsibilities
• Architect the curriculum and prerequisite (concept) graph for each skill domain: deep, well-sequenced structures grounded in how the subject is actually learned
• Build and maintain the library of reusable pedagogical templates that map content type to teaching pattern to asset type, authored once and reused across many concepts and verticals
• Own the pedagogical asset-creation rubric: validate it, evidence it, and take it from draft to a frozen, production-ready decision standard the generation pipeline runs against
• Design the assessment model linking video learning, simulation checkpoints, and rubric-scored Skill Evidence Packs: the verifiable proof of capability delivered to corporate buyers
• Design prior-knowledge diagnostics that establish each learner’s starting point and drive adaptive sequencing (our adaptation is grounded in prior knowledge, an evidence-based approach, not le
