Novara Senior Living is a premium assisted living and senior care home in Bengaluru, built around Comfort, Care and Dignity. Nurses, doctors and care staff look after our residents around the clock in a warm, considered home, not an institutional ward.
About the role
As Centre Manager you run the day-to-day of Novara. You are accountable for resident wellbeing, care quality and the team that delivers it: staffing rosters, safety protocols, family communication, vendor management, compliance and occupancy performance.

What you will do
Lead nurses, care assistants and support staff, and own shift rosters and daily operations.
Maintain care quality and safety standards, including incident review and audits.
Be the point of contact for residents' families, with explicit and timely updates.
Coordinate with visiting doctors and our hospital tie-up.




Manage vendors, housekeeping, kitchen and facility maintenance.
Own licensing, compliance and documentation.
Work with the founders on admissions, occupancy and service quality.

What you bring
5+ years managing operations in senior living, hospitals, hospitality or healthcare facilities.
Strong people leadership and comfort working with clinical teams.
Experience with audits, licensing and safety processes.
Fluency in English and Kannada or Hindi.
Calm, dependable judgement and real warmth with elderly residents and their families.
