About the RoleLittle Extra is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern who can onboard influencers and get engaging, high-quality content for our skincare and haircare brand, primarily through barter collaborations.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and connect with relevant Instagram influencers and content creators.
• Negotiate and close barter collaborations, with limited paid partnerships.
• Get creative Reels, product reviews, demonstrations, and UGC videos created for the brand.
• Manage the complete collaboration process, including outreach, follow-ups, product dispatch, and content delivery.
• Track influencer partnerships, pending deliverables, and content received.
• Stay updated on Instagram trends and suggest fresh, engaging content ideas.





Who Should Apply?• Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of Instagram Reels and trends.
• Ability to convert outreach into confirmed collaborations and actual content delivery.
