Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Barista to join our agile team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you'll be the heart of our café operation, delivering exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages to our valued customers. • Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and other café items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and quality standards
• Deliver warm, professional, and engaging customer service, making personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and menu knowledge
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, beverage options, ingredients, preparation methods, and current promotions to provide informed suggestions
• Handle cash transactions, card payments efficiently
• Manage inventory tasks including daily stock checks, ordering supplies, and maintaining organized storage systems
• Perform opening procedures including equipment setup and cleaning, as well as closing duties such as cash reconciliation and facility preparation
