This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Specialist – Ingredient Compliance based in India.

As a Senior Specialist in Ingredient Compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring that raw materials, ingredients, and formulations meet applicable regulatory requirements across the flavor industry. You will assess supplier documentation, interpret global regulations, and determine the compliance status and approval eligibility of raw materials. Working closely with Research and Development (R&D;), Quality Assurance, Production, and other cross-functional teams, you will help resolve regulatory challenges and support the development of compliant products. You will also maintain accurate regulatory databases and ensure that ingredient information remains current, consistent, and reliable. This role combines scientific knowledge, regulatory expertise, and analytical problem-solving in a collaborative, international environment. Based remotely in India, you will contribute to product safety,



regulatory integrity, and the successful development of cutting-edge flavor solutions.

Accountabilities

• Ingredient Compliance Assessment: Conduct regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in the flavor industry, evaluating their suitability against applicable regulations and internal standards.

• Raw Material Approval: Determine the regulatory approval status of ingredients by reviewing supplier documentation, assessing available information, and applying current company practices and regulatory knowledge.

• Regulatory Research and Interpretation: Monitor, review, and interpret relevant global food, flavor, and chemical regulations to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D;, Creative, Quality Assurance, Production, and other internal stakeholders to investigate regulatory questions, resolve compliance
