As a Technical Business Analyst specializing in Property and Casualty (P&C;) insurance, you will lead requirements gathering and support the delivery of business-critical applications and system enhancements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior leaders to translate complex underwriting and operational needs into clear functional specifications. From initial analysis through testing, deployment, and ongoing support, you will contribute across the full software development life cycle. You will also help improve legacy systems, resolve production issues, and develop technical documentation and training resources.
