Role Overview:

We are a digital product engineering company that partners with clients to create innovative, high-performing software solutions. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement programs for global clients, combining strong delivery discipline with sound platform understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Marketing Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, or Agentforce a plus) from requirements and solution design through deployment and support.

• Drive solutioning with architects and developers: declarative vs. custom (Apex/LWC) trade-offs, integrations (REST APIs, MuleSoft), data migration, org strategy, and platform limits.

• Own planning, backlog prioritization, scope and change management, and delivery against milestones and budget.

• Manage cross-functional teams (admins, developers, QA) and ensure quality and release management across sandboxes using CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center).

• Act as the primary client contact: lead discovery workshops, demos, steering updates, and stakeholder alignment, and manage risks and escalations proactively.

Must Have:
• Strong experience in technical project/delivery management
