We are looking for an experienced, confident and articulate Sales Executive with a strong understanding of luxury sales and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with HNI clients, expectant parents and recent mothers,



understanding their requirements and guiding them through premium interior design and furniture solutions with empathy, discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Sales Conversion
• Manage incoming enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, the website and other channels.
• Understand client requirements, design preferences, budgets and project timelines for interior design and furniture enquiries.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to generate studio visits, consultations and confirmed orders.
• Convert qualified leads into sales through consultative selling, product knowledge and personalised recommendations.
• Follow up on quotations and proposals to support sales closure.
• Maintain an updated lead tracker with lead sources, follow-up status, conversion progress and reasons for lost or inactive leads.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients for interior design projects and furniture p
