Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Restaurant Manager and Waiter. The role involves overseeing daily café and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and hygiene. Responsibilities include managing reservations,



coordinating with kitchen staff, supervising service staff, and actively participating in guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guest needs. The role also includes handling customer feedback, supporting hiring and training of frontline staff, monitoring inventory and supplies, and aligning service delivery with Eartham’s community-driven and guest-focused brand values.
