Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting client meetings, and converting inquiries into confirmed wedding and event bookings. The Sales Manager will build and maintain solid relationships with clients,



understand their requirements, and collaborate with the planning team to propose tailored event solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and tracking revenue targets. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and partners, representing the brand at industry events, and providing timely, professional communication to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills, with experience managing a full sales cycle in events, hospitality, or luxury services.
• Excellent client relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients.
