We are seeking an elite, high-caliber Chief of Staff to act as the primary operational and strategic extension of the Chairman. This is a high-visibility, trusted advisory role designed for an exceptional finance skilled who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous, and ultra-high-net-worth environment.

Key Responsibilities• Investment Appraisal: Lead end-to-end financial modeling, commercial due diligence, valuation,



and investment memorandum preparation for complex cross-border transactions across real estate, PE, VC, and tech sectors.

• Financial Oversight & Portfolio Monitoring: Maintain granular oversight of consolidated financial portfolios, asset performance tracking, performance metrics, and treasury operations in close coordination with external advisors, legal counsel, and wealth managers.

• Executive Leverage & Strategic Execution: Gatekeep, prioritize, and manage the Chairman’s strategic initiatives, board deliverables, and cross-border communications, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• 24/7 Operational Agility: Operate with absolute flexibility and responsiveness across international time zones (UK/India) to support critical deal timelines and strategic decision-making.
