Role Description This is a full time, in office Lead Generation Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying and qualifying new leads, building and maintaining prospect lists, and supporting the sales team with a steady pipeline of opportunities. Daily tasks include researching potential clients, making outbound calls and messages, responding to inbound inquiries, and documenting interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing to refine lead criteria, follow up on campaigns,



and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. The specialist is expected to meet lead generation targets, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback on outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
