? Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign budgets, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance.

? Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.




• Knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Robust analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize them for better results.
