Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager (L2) to lead multiple sales teams comprising Associates, Senior Associates, and L1 Managers. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, leading large-scale sales initiatives, strengthening customer acquisition, and expanding business operations across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor multiple sales teams, including Associates, Senior Associates, and L1 Managers.
• Drive team performance and achieve regional revenue targets.
• Plan and execute large-scale sales strategies and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor lead generation, funnel conversion, and sales closures.
• Strengthen customer engagement and relationship management.
• Analyze sales metrics and provide strategic inputs to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify current growth opportunities and scale sales operations across territories.
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech.
• 2–4 years of experience managing multiple sales teams.
• Experience handling teams comprising Managers and Associates.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory.
