About ELO House
ELO House is an extended-stay housing platform offering fully furnished private rooms, studios, apartments and residential homes for stays ranging from a few days to several months.
We help customers find homes that match their budget, location, duration and living requirements.
We are looking for a resourceful Sales & Reservations Executive who can understand customer requirements, find suitable accommodation and successfully convert enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Enquiry & Sales Conversion
* Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and the website.
* Understand the customer’s location, dates, budget, property type and requirements.
* Recommend suitable properties and guide customers towards booking.
* Follow up with interested customers and close reservations.
2. Budget & Property Matching
* Handle situations where the customer’s budget is lower than available property prices.
* Identify suitable alternatives based on location, price, amenities and move-in readiness.
* Coordinate with property owners and the inventory team for better pricing and availability.
* Find practical solutions instead of simply informing customers that properties are unavailable.
3. Reservations & Booking Management
* Confirm availability, pricing and booking conditions.
* Coordinate with property owners and internal teams.
* Obtain customer confirmation and support the payment and booking process.
* Ensure accurate booking details and a smooth handover for check-in.
4. Customer Relationship Management
* Maintain accurate enquiry records and follow-up schedules.
* Identify reasons for lost enquiries and suggest improvements.
* Build customer confidence through clear communication and reliable service.
