Role Description The Senior Business Development Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will identify and qualify potential learners, generate and manage leads,



and build strong relationships with prospective students through calls, meetings, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding academic programs and offerings, advising prospects on suitable courses, and driving admissions to meet enrollment and revenue targets. The role involves preparing and delivering compelling presentations to individuals and groups, collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar systems. The Senior Business Development Associate will also contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members to enhance overall business development performance.
