About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist with robust expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You will manage campaigns across multiple markets, optimise for qualified lead generation and business outcomes, and use data, experimentation, automation and AI to improve performance. The role requires ownership of campaign strategy, budgets, measurement and ongoing optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage advertising accounts exclusively across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads in multiple markets.
• Plan campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting, including local-market targeting.
• Optimise campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve business outcomes.
• Plan,
run and evaluate structured tests of ad creatives, messaging, offers, keywords, audiences and campaign approaches.
• Maintain accurate conversion measurement and strong data quality across campaigns.
• Build and maintain scripts, rules and workflow automations, including practical use of AI to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams and contribute to landing-page optimisation.
• Provide data-led recommendations to Regional Marketing Managers, including budget allocation and growth opportunities.
• Share knowledge with other channel specialists and provide cover where needed to support continuity and team-wide learning.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders across Europe.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and practical experience managing Microsoft Ads campaigns.
