Position Overview
Sales development representatives (SDRs) will generate new business opportunities through
prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification. You will conduct research to identify leads and reach
business targets through, email, LinkedIn, digital channels, and intelligence-based phone calls.
Working closely with other teams ,your role will be to execute our enterprise demand generation
strategy along with building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes, and campaigns.
To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication,
interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
and have solid analytical skills.
Primary Responsibilities
• Execute Demand Generation initiatives and be the growth engine for sales efforts in the
Europe and US region.
• Undertake Market research and database creation for targeted accounts.
• Develop creative, customized programs to drive demand in key territories and strategic
accounts, using a multi-channel,



integrated marketing approach; including email, calls social
media, and in-person or virtual events.
• Own the action items generated from executive meetings which help in the creation of
qualified opportunities.
• Run campaigns to assist the work of sales teams to identify target audiences and potential
sales lead through campaigns.
• Work with various teams; from Marketing to Sales to Presales and collaborating to develop
and enhance strategies to build effective sales enablement and related materials
• Create and optimize email campaigns to engage target audience and increase customer
engagement and conversions.
• Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing
customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
• Maintain leads generated from external sources & identify decision makers within targeted
leads to begin sales process.
