Marketing Advertising Specialist (Paid Ads)
About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Ads Executive/ performance Marketer to run and improve our online advertising campaigns and bring us more leads and sales.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and LinkedIn.
• Set budgets and choose the right audiences
• Write ad copy and work with designers on creatives
• Track results and improve campaigns daily
• Set up conversion tracking (GA4, Pixel, Tag Manager)
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in paid advertising
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting
• Positive writing and analytical skills

• Salary Range - 3LPA to 4PLA
• Location - Netaji Subhash Place (Delhi)
• Working Hours - (9:30am To 6:30pm)
• Working Days - ( Mon to Sat)
• Relocate candidates not allow
